.SYNOPSIS...Deepening low pressure across the N Bahamas and
adjacent Atlantic is inducing moderate SE winds across the local
region today. As the low intensifies and shifts NE tonight
through Fri, an associated cold front will move across
Hispaniola tonight, across Puerto Rico on Thu, and then weaken 
and stall across the Virgin Islands Fri. Associated large NW 
swell will impact the local Atlc waters Thu night through Sat 
before diminishing on Sun.
