.SYNOPSIS...Long period N to NE swell will continue to dominate 
marine conditions across the region today. Conditions will then 
gradually improve through Thu as moderate SE to S winds prevail.
Low pressure will develop NE of the Bahamas tonight, move slowly
NE and intensify as it moves toward Bermuda through Fri. An
associated cold front will move across the Mona Passage Thu night
and stall across the local area Fri and Fri night. New and large
NW swell will move into the local Atlc waters early Fri.
