.SYNOPSIS...A cold front along 19N will become stationary 
by late tonight, then dissipate by late Sun afternoon. Strong 
northeast winds and building seas are expected behind the front. 
Long-period north to northeast swell will maintain very large 
seas and hazardous marine conditions across the region through 
Mon night. Conditions are expected to diminish through Thu night.
