.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will move through the Atlantic waters
today, stall over the Caribbean waters tonight, then dissipate  
on Sun. Strong NE winds and building seas are expected behind 
the front. Long period N to NE swell will maintain very large 
seas across the region through Mon night. Conditions will subside
Tue through Wed night.
