.SYNOPSIS...High pressure N of the area will maintain moderate 
to fresh trades for both the Atlantic and Caribbean waters 
through Thu. Residual N swell maintaining high seas in the Atlc 
waters will subside Thu. A cold front reaching the Atlc waters 
Sat will introduce a new round of large long period N swell along
with strong winds. This swell should impact the Mona and Anegada
Passages late Sat and Sun.
