.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to strong winds and large seas will continue 
across the region through Tue as strong high pressure prevails 
across the western Atlantic. Winds and seas will subside Wed
through Fri as the high pressure north of the area weakens. A
cold front will approach the Atlantic waters Sat and Sat night,
followed by strong winds and building seas.
