.SYNOPSIS...Strong to near gale force easterly winds and large 
seas will continue across the region through Tue as strong high 
pressure remains across the western and central Atlantic. Winds 
and seas will begin to gradually subside on Wed as the high 
pressure north of the area weakens as it slowly moves eastward.
