.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh trade winds will linger across the
forecast waters tonight and Thu, then winds will become strong 
to near gale force Fri through Mon night as very strong high pres
builds over the western Atlc. Large N swell arriving Fri will 
add even more height to very high seas.
