.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh trade winds will generally prevail
across the forecast waters through Thu. N swell will affect the 
Atlantic waters Mon night through Tue night. A round of much 
larger swell will arrive Fri. Strong high pressure will build 
over the western Atlantic Thu, resulting in fresh to strong winds
and building seas through Thu night.
