.SYNOPSIS...The Bermuda High north of the area will support 
gentle to moderate trades in both the Atlantic and Caribbean 
waters through Sat night. Winds will diminish Sun and Mon as 
the high shifts eastward, then become moderate to fresh early 
on Tue and Wed as the high redevelops to the north of the area.
