.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pressure in the central Atlantic will 
support moderate to fresh trade winds across the local area 
through Fri. High pressure will move into the northwest Atlantic
over the weekend behind a stationary front near 24N. Deep low 
pressure is expected to move across N Florida and into the W 
Atlantic Mon, with the associated cold front moving across the 
western Atlantic Mon through Tue night.
