.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to strong trades and building seas over the 
central and eastern Caribbean will continue through most of Wed 
as high pressure north of the area gradually shifts eastward.
Seas will build through Wed in strengthening trade winds and 
mixed swell. Winds and seas will slowly diminish Thu through Sat 
night most locations.
