.SYNOPSIS...A weak Bermuda High to the north of the area is
promoting generally moderate to fresh trade winds until Mon. As 
a stronger Bermuda High builds in Tue and Wed, winds and seas 
will increase over both the Atlantic and Caribbean waters.
