.SYNOPSIS...Generally moderate E to SE trades are expected over 
the regional Caribbean waters through Wed, while winds turn SE 
then S across the Atlantic ahead of a cold front that will sweep 
SE through the Bahamas and stall across the Windward Passage Wed.
Large NW to N long period swell dominating the Atlantic waters 
and Caribbean Passages will gradually subside through Tue.
