.SYNOPSIS...A dying cold front across the local Atlantic waters will
sink slowly southward across the area and dissipate through Sun
night. Generally moderate winds are expected over the forecast 
waters during the next several days. Large NW to N long-period 
swell will enter the Atlantic waters and Caribbean Passages this
afternoon, peak Sun morning, and gradually subside Mon through 
Tue.
