.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh trades will diminish by the end of
the week as relatively weak high pressure over the western Atlantic
shifts to the central Atlantic in response to a cold front that  
will be dissipating as it moves into the area this weekend. Large
northerly swell behind it will propagate through the forecast 
Atlantic waters.
