.SYNOPSIS...Northeast swell from distant Tropical Storm 
Sebastien will continue impacting the Atlantic waters and 
passages through tonight. A cold front will move across the area
today, dissipating over the Caribbean tonight into Sat. Moderate
to fresh trades will prevail across the region through the 
weekend and into early next week.
