.SYNOPSIS...A tropical wave near 69W will continue moving 
westward today. An area of low pressure is forecast to pass NE of
the region Tue and Tue night, with associated NE to E swell 
expected to impact the Atlantic waters and Atlantic passages 
through mid week. The tail end of a cold front may move across
the Atlantic waters by the end of the week.
