.SYNOPSIS...A tropical wave near 67W will move west of the area
this by this evening. A surface trough with an area of low 
pressure is forecast to pass to the northeast of the forecast 
Atlantic waters Tue night and Wed. Moderate northeast swell 
impacting most of the Atlantic waters and Atlantic passages will
be replaced by a set of northeast to east swell mixed with a
northwest swell component beginning today and through Fri night.
