.SYNOPSIS...A tropical wave over the area will bring showers
through tonight. A surface trough with an area of low pressure 
is expected to pass to the NE of the forecast Atlantic waters 
Tue night and Wed. Moderate NE swell impacting the Atlantic 
waters and Atlantic passages will be replaced by a set of 
NE-E swell mixed with a NW swell component Mon through Fri 
night.
