.SYNOPSIS...A cold front has stalled from near 24N65W to the 
Windward passage and will gradually dissipate through Wed. High
pressure NW of the front will support moderate trades through 
the period. NW to N swell will impact Atlantic waters today, 
decay tonight, then increase again at the end of the week.
