.SYNOPSIS...Long-period northeast swell across the Atlantic 
waters will subside through Tue. A set of east swell will begin
to move through these waters on Wed and through most of Fri
before it begins to subside. High pressure building north of the
area will allow for trades to increase beginning on Wed and
through Thu night, before they begin to diminish on Fri.
