.SYNOPSIS...Large long-period northeast swell will slowly 
subside across the Atlantic waters through Sun. Esaterly swell  
will begin to propagate through the Atlantic waters north and 
northeast of Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands Tue night
into Wed.
