.SYNOPSIS...Moderate trades across the regional waters will 
freshen slightly Tue as Atlantic high pressure builds into the 
region from the N. Long period NE swell affecting the area has
peaked overnight and early this morning and will begin to slowly
diminish today through Tue. Reinforcing large N-NE swell will 
move into the regional waters and through the NE Caribbean 
passages Wed, and is expected to peak at 9-11 ft late Thu.
