.SYNOPSIS...Moderate trades across the regional waters will 
freshen slightly Mon through Tue as Atlantic high pressure builds
into the region from the N. Long period NE swell affecting the 
area are beginning to decay. Seas of 8 to 10 ft in the Atlc 
waters will subside to between 7 and 8 ft by Tue. A reinforcing 
batch of large N to NE swell will move into the regional waters 
and through the NE Caribbean passages Wed, then peak near 10 ft 
Thu.
