.SYNOPSIS...Moderate trades across the regional waters will 
freshen Mon through Tue as Atlantic high pressure builds
slightly into the region from the N. Long period NE swell will 
peak at 8 to 10 ft through Mon, then begin to slowly subside 
Tue. Reinforcing large N-NE swell will move into the regional 
waters and through the NE Caribbean passages Wed and peak near
10 ft Thu.
