.SYNOPSIS...Moderate trades across the regional waters will 
freshen Mon through Tue as Atlantic high pressure builds slightly
into the region from the N. Long period NE swell will build
across the Atlantic waters today and peak at 8 to 9 ft tonight 
through Mon morning, then begin to slowly subside Tue. 
Reinforcing large N-NE swell will move into the regional waters 
and through the NE Caribbean passages Wed and peak near 10 ft
late Thu.
