.SYNOPSIS...Moderate trades will increase to fresh speeds Sun 
over the Atlantic waters today and over the Caribbean waters 
beginning Tue night. A tropical wave will pass over and south of 
Puerto Rico today. Another tropical wave will approach the area 
Wed. Large long-period NE swell will cause seas to build today 
through Mon. Another batch of large long-period NE swell will 
move through the Atlantic waters beginning Wed night.
