.SYNOPSIS...Moderate trades will increase to fresh speeds tonight 
over the Atlantic waters and over the Caribbean waters beginning 
Tue night. A tropical wave just west of the Lesser Antilles will
move across the rest of the eastern Caribbean through Sun
evening. Large long-period northeast swell will build seas
as it begins to reach the Leeward Islands beginning early on
Sun. Another batch of large long-period northeast swell will 
move through the Atlantic waters beginning Wed.
