.SYNOPSIS...Moderate trade winds will prevail across the local 
waters through Wed. Showers will gradually decrease overnight as
an active tropical wave moves W of Puerto Rico. Moderate N-NE
swell will move through the regional waters tonight through Sun 
before fading.
