.SYNOPSIS...North to northeast swell propagating through the 
central Atlantic will gradually decay across the forecast
Atlantic waters and Caribbean passages through Fri night. An old
frontal boundary across the Atlc along near 22N will drift 
southward into the offshore Atlc waters late Thu through Fri and 
act to weaken the regional winds. Atlantic high pressure will 
build from the northeast across the region during the upcoming 
weekend allowing for moderate to fresh trades to exist across 
the Caribbean and for the present gentle easterly trades over the
Atlantic regional waters to be in the gentle to moderate range.
