.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh tradewinds will prevail today. N 
to NE swell moving through the central Atlantic will gradually 
fade across the area Atlantic waters and Caribbean passages 
through Fri night. An old frontal boundary across the Atlc along 
about 22N will drift S into the offshore Atlc waters late Thu 
through Fri and act to weaken the local winds. Atlc high pres 
will build into the region from the NE over the weekend to bring
a return to fresh tradewinds.
