.SYNOPSIS...
A tropical wave will pass S of Puerto Rico today, bringing
freshening tradewinds and increased chances for showers and
thunderstorms through Wed. Large long period N-NE swell will 
propagate across the Atlantic waters and through the Caribbean
passages through Wed before gradually subsiding Thu and Fri.
