.SYNOPSIS...A weak tropical wave over the eastern Caribbean near
65W will cross the region tonight and Sun. A stronger tropical 
wave will reach the Lesser Antilles Mon then cross the eastern 
Caribbean early next week. Long period N swell will propagate 
through the Atlantic waters and Caribbean passages Mon through 
Wed.
