.SYNOPSIS...A weak tropical wave over the eastern Caribbean will
cross the region tonight through Sun, accompanied by scattered
showers and thunderstorms. A stronger tropical wave will reach
the Lesser Antilles on Mon and cross the eastern Caribbean early
next week. Long period northerly swell will propagate through 
the Atlantic waters and Caribbean passages Mon through Wed.
