.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate trades will become moderate to 
fresh Mon. A tropical wave over the eastern Caribbean near 66W
will pass south of the area today then move toward the western
Caribbean tonight into Sunday night. A few showers may accompany
this wave over Caribbean waters. Long period N swell will 
propagate through the Atlantic waters and Caribbean passages Mon 
through Wed night.
