.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate trades will become moderate to 
fresh Mon. A tropical wave over the eastern Caribbean near 63W 
will reach the western Caribbean by Mon night. Scattered showers 
and isolated thunderstorms will accompany the wave. Long period N
swell will propagate through the Atlantic waters and Caribbean 
passages Mon through Wed night.
