.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Karen will continue to shift N farther
away from the area. However, a trailing far outer band will bring
heavy rain and thunderstorms to the area today. An easterly
swell associated with Hurricane Lorenzo, which is forecast to 
remain well E of the area, is expected to propagate into the
waters late Fri into Sat.
