.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Karen near 12.5N 61.7W 1006 mb at
11 AM EDT moving WNW at 11 kt. Maximum sustained winds 35 kt
gusts 45 kt. Karen will move WNW across the southern Windward
Islands today and then begin to turn more NW, reaching near
14.2N 64.1W Mon morning, then turn more NNW and move across
eastern Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands on Tue, reaching near
18.8N 65.8W Tue evening. Karen is then expected to exit the
region to the north through Thu. Large northerly swell will 
continue to move through the regional Atlc waters and pass 
through the NE Caribbean passages through Mon.
