.SYNOPSIS...High pressure N of the area will allow for generally
gentle to moderate trades across the forecast waters through the 
week. A tropical wave will move across the eastern Caribbean 
tonight through Wed. Scattered showers and thunderstorms are 
possible with the passage of this wave.
