.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate trade winds will prevail through 
Tue night as high pressure persists from the Central Atlantic to
the SE Bahamas. Long period northerly swell from distant 
Hurricane Dorian will reach the local Atlc waters late Fri
through the weekend and into early next week.
