.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate trade winds will prevail through 
Mon night as high pressure persists from the Central Atlantic to
the SE Bahamas. The next tropical wave over the SE Caribbean 
will move westward and pass generally south of the area tonight 
through Thu. Long period northerly swell from distant Hurricane 
Dorian will reach the local Atlc waters by the end of the week 
into the weekend.
