11 AM EDT moving WNW at 11 kt. Maximum sustained winds are 45 kt
with gusts to 55 kt. Dorian will move to 15.2N 63.4W this 
evening, 16.5N 65.5W Wed morning, 17.9N 67.4W Wed evening, then 
north of the Caribbean to 19.5N 69.0W Thu morning, then across 
the Bahamas through Sat night.
