.SYNOPSIS...North-central Atlantic high pressure will maintain 
moderate to fresh winds across the forecast waters through Tue. 
Tropical Storm Dorian near 11.9N 56.4W 1002 mb at 5 AM EDT moving
W at 12 kt. Maximum sustained winds 50 kt gusts 60 kt. Dorian 
will move to 12.4N 58.2W this afternoon, 13.2N 60.3W Tue morning,
14.4N 62.4W Tue afternoon, 15.5N 64.5W Wed morning, and 
strengthen to a hurricane near 18.0N 68.4W Thu morning. Dorian 
will weaken to a tropical depression just N of Hispaniola near 
20.8N 71.6W early Fri, and change little in intensity as it moves
to the SE Bahamas near 23.0N 75.0W Sat.
