moderate to fresh winds across the forecast waters through Tue. 
Tropical Storm Dorian near 11.7N 55.3W 1003 mb at 11 PM EDT 
moving W at 12 kt. Maximum sustained winds 45 kt gusts 55 kt. 
Dorian will move to 12.1N 57.0W Mon morning, 12.8N 59.3W Mon 
evening, 13.7N 61.5W Tue morning, 14.8N 63.6W Tue evening, and 
strengthen to a hurricane near 17.2N 67.6W Wed evening. Dorian 
will weaken to a tropical storm near 19.5N 71.0W late Thu, and 
weaken to a tropical depression near 21.5N 74.0W Fri.
