.SYNOPSIS...Atlantic high pres will maintain moderate to fresh 
winds across the forecast waters through Wed night. An area of 
low pressure currently near 10N46W will approach the Windward 
Islands by the middle of next week. This system has a high chance
of becoming a tropical cyclone during the next 5 days.
