.SYNOPSIS...The pressure gradient associated with central-
Atlantic high pressure will allow for mainly moderate east 
winds across the forecast waters through the period. Showers and
thunderstorms will affect the coastal waters through Fri as a 
tropical wave passes over the eastern Caribbean.
