Atlantic and a westward moving trough passing to the north of
Puerto Rico will support moderate east to southeast winds over 
Atlc waters during the next several days. A tropical wave moving 
across the eastern Caribbean will support moderate to fresh winds
over Caribbean waters through Mon.
