.SYNOPSIS...The combination of high pressure across the north- 
central Atlantic and a westward moving trough over the central 
Atlantic will help to maintain moderate to fresh northeast to
east trades across the region during the forecast period. A 
tropical wave will move across the eastern Caribbean through
