.SYNOPSIS...The pressure gradient associated with central 
Atlantic high pressure will support moderate to fresh east to 
southeast winds through Thu. A strong tropical wave moving 
across the eastern Caribbean, with its axis along 66W, is 
accompanied by scattered showers and thunderstorms capable of 
producing strong gusty winds, rough seas and heavy rainfall. 
This wave will move across the rest of the eastern Caribbean 
through early Tue evening. Another tropical wave will move 
across the eastern Caribbean Thu through Sat.
